在脑出血急救护理中行一体化护理模式对患者病情控制的影响

The Influence of Integrated Nursing Mode in the Emergency Nursing of Cerebral Hemorrhage on the Patient’s Condition Control

目的 探讨在脑出血急救护理中行一体化护理模式对患者病情控制的影响。方法 抽取2017年12月-2020年12月我院急诊科收治的300例脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同平均分为观察组和对照组,比较两组护理效果。结果 ①对比分析观察组患者与对照组患者的并发症发生情况:观察组明显比对照组的发生情况更加具有优势(P<0.05);②两组患者急诊救治时间以及院前急救反应时间对比:观察组的急诊救治时间以及院前急救反应时间均比对照组具有优势(P<0.05);③两组患者神经功能评分对比:护理后,观察组神经功能评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);④两组患者生活质量评分对比:护理后,观察组生活质量评分明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组家属的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在脑出血急救护理中行一体化护理模式效果突出,具有较高应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing mode on the condition control of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Three hundred patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different nursing methods,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results ① The complications of the observation group and the control group were compared and analyzed:The occurrence of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).② The emergency treatment time and pre hospital emergency response time of the two groups were compared:The emergency treatment time and pre hospital emergency response time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).③ Comparison of neurological function score between the two groups:After nursing,the neurological function score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).④ Comparison of quality of life score between the two groups:After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrated nursing mode in cerebral hemorrhage emergency nursing is outstanding,which has high application value.
