腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的效果及预后探讨

Effect and Prognosis of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Acute Calculous Cholecystitis

目的 观察研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术对治疗患有急性结石性胆囊炎患者的医疗效果以及术后并发症预防探讨。方法 选取2017年2月-2019年2月作为本次研究的时间,随机抽取我院收治的患有急性结石性胆囊炎并且进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的患者,共计42例,平均划分为观察组和对照组,两组各21例,进行对照观察两组患者术后治疗效果以及术后并发症发生概率。结果 ①两组患者手术治疗情况对比:观察组患者在手术时长、术中出血量以及住院时长这三个方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组患者术后恢复情况对比:观察组患者在排气时长、疼痛持续时长、引流管留置时长三个方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组患者术后并发症发生概率对比:观察组患者并发症发生率明显较对照组概率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用腹腔镜进行胆囊切除手术,对治疗患者急性胆囊炎同时患有胆结石的患者效果显著,具有良好的临床价值,值得研究并推广。

Objective To observe and study the medical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients with acute calculous cholecystitis and the prevention of postoperative complications.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019 as the time of this study,42 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis and undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 21 cases in each group.The postoperative treatment effect and the probability of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and observed.Results① Comparison of the two groups of patients in the surgical treatment:After comparing the two groups of patients in different ways,it can be found that the observation group was better than the control group in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);② Comparison of postoperative recovery between the two groups:After comparison,it was found that the observation group was better than the control group in exhaust time,pain duration and drainage tube indwelling time,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);③ Comparison of the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups:The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has good clinical value in the treatment of patients with acute cholecystitis and gallstones,which is worthy of research and promotion.
