电针腰夹脊穴结合腕踝针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值

Clinical Value of Electroacupuncture at Waist Jiaji Points Combined with Wrist-ankle Acupuncture for Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的 探讨电针腰夹脊穴结合腕踝针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法 将丹阳市中医院2018年1月-2020年1月收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照随机数字表法分两组。研究组40例,采用电针腰夹脊穴结合腕踝针。对照组40例,采用常规治疗。观察腰椎间盘突出症治疗效果,并对两组患者在治疗前和治疗后,其腰椎疼痛的程度进行评估和比较。结果 研究组腰椎间盘突出症总有效率95.00%(38例)显著高于对照组75.00%(30例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛评分治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组疼痛评分(2.05±0.21)分,比对照组(3.05±1.21)分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腰椎间盘突出症患者实施常规治疗治疗配合电针腰夹脊穴结合腕踝针治疗效果确切,可加速症状的缓解,是一种有效的联合治疗方案,有利于更好地改善患者的病情,因此电针腰夹脊穴结合腕踝针的治疗方式可进一步在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of electroacupuncture at Jiaji points of the waist combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital,80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table.40 people in the study group used electroacupuncture at the waist Jiaji points combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture and 40 people in the control group received conventional treatment,to observe the effect of lumbar disc herniation,and evaluate and compare the degree of lumbar spine pain of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of lumbar disc herniation in the study group 95.00% (38 cases) was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.00% (30 cases),and there was a significant difference,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the study group (2.05±0.21) was lower than that of the control group (3.05±1.21),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with electro-acupuncture at waist Jiaji points and wrist-ankle acupuncture,which can speed up the relief of symptoms,is effective in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.It is an effective combined treatment plan,which is beneficial to the improvement of the patient’s condition.Therefore,the treatment of electroacupuncture at the waist Jiaji points combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture can be further promoted and used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
