Objective To analyze the effect of precision nursing mode on the improvement of cervical mobility in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods Seventy-eight patients with cervical spondylosis in our hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, and the observation group was given precise nursing mode. The nursing situation of the two groups was compared. Results The length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and there was no significant difference in the cervical spine mobility between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05),but the cervical spine mobility of the observation group was significantly greater after nursing (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score before nursing (P>0.05),but the pain score of observation group was significantly lower after nursing (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precision nursing mode in the nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis has significant effect, which can effectively improve the patients’ cervical mobility, accelerate the recovery speed, relieve the patients’ pain, and has a positive effect on improving the patients’ nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
