综合护理干预对尿毒症进行血液透析患者护理效果及并发症预防分析

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Hemodialysis Patients with Uremia and Prevention of Complications

目的 分析综合护理干预对尿毒症进行血液透析患者护理效果及并发症预防。方法 选择80例血液透析患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度、相关指标改善情况、情绪状态、生活质量和并发症发生率。结果 ①护理满意度比较:观察组护理满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);②情绪状况比较:护理后观察组的情绪状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);③相关指标情况比较:护理后观察组的相关指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);④生活质量比较:观察组的生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);⑤并发症情况比较:观察组患者出现并发症的概率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 将综合护理干预应用于尿毒症进行血液透析患者的护理中效果确切,可以有效提高患者对护理工作的认可,改善患者的相关指标和情绪状态,提高患者的生活质量,降低并发症发生的可能性,极具临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with uremia and the prevention of complications.Methods Eighty hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing satisfaction,improvement of relevant indicators,emotional state,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results ① Comparison of nursing satisfaction:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).② Comparison of emotional status:After nursing,better than that of the control group (P<0.05).③ Comparison of related indicators:After nursing,the improvement of related indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).④ Comparison of quality of life:The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).⑤ Comparison of complications:The observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of hemodialysis patients with uremia has exact effect,which can effectively improve the recognition of nursing work,improve the related indicators and emotional state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the possibility of complications.
