穴位注射联合艾灸治疗不孕症腹腔镜术后尿潴留的影响分析

Effect of Acupoint Injection Combined with Moxibustion on Urinary Retention after Laparoscopy for Infertility

目的 分析穴位注射联合艾灸对不孕症腹腔镜术后尿潴留患者的临床治疗效果。方法 选取广州中医药大学第三附属医院2019年1~12月164例不孕症腹腔镜术后尿潴留患者,随机分研究组、对照组,研究组开展穴位注射联合艾灸治疗,对照组传统治疗,对比两组治疗效果、尿潴留量等指标。结果 研究组治疗总有效率97.56%,对照组治疗总有效率85.36%,研究组残余尿量(92.47±12.55)mL,治疗时间(2.16±1.79)d,症状评分(3.24±0.26)分,PSQI评分(3.02±0.25)分,对照组残余尿量(102.64±15.44)mL,治疗时间(4.25±1.26)d,症状评分(5.14±1.03)分,PSQI评分(6.28±1.02)分,两组残余尿量、治疗时间、症状评分以及PSQI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 不孕症腹腔镜术后尿潴留的临床发病率高,在传统治疗基础上加用穴位注射联合艾灸治疗效果更高,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with moxibustion on patients with urinary retention after laparoscopy.Methods 164 patients with urinary retention after laparoscopic surgery in infertility department in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was given acupuncture point injection combined with moxibustion treatment,while the control group was treated with traditional therapy.The therapeutic effect and urinary retention of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.56%,and that of the control group was 85.36%.The residual urine volume,treatment time,symptom score and PSQI score of the study group were (92.47±12.55) mL,(2.16±1.79) d,(3.24±0.26) points,(3.02±0.25) points,and those of the control group were (102.64±15.44) mL,(4.25±1.26) d,(5.14±1.03) points,(6.28±1.02) points,and there was significant difference in these items (P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of urinary retention after laparoscopy is high.The treatment of acupoint injection combined with moxibustion on the basis of traditional treatment is more effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
