温阳利水方治疗脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Wenyang Lishui Decoction on Nephrotic Syndrome of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

目的 研究温阳利水方治疗脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征的临床效果。方法 将徐闻县人民医院2019年10月-2020年10月60例脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征患者分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组接受中医温阳利水方治疗。统计两组患者的中医症状积分、血脂及肾功能指标、临床疗效。结果 治疗后,对照组患者的水肿、畏寒肢冷、食少纳呆、少气懒言、神疲乏力积分,均大幅超过观察组患者,两组间的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与观察组93.33%的治疗总有效率相比,对照组患者的73.33%明显更低,两组间的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组患者的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、24h尿蛋白定量,均大幅超过观察组患者,血浆白蛋白水平则比观察组患者更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 温阳利水方治疗脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征的临床效果满意,不仅可以明显改善患者的各项临床症状、肾功能指标、血脂指标,加速患者的康复进程,建议在临床治疗中普及推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Wenyang Lishui decoction on nephrotic syndrome of spleen kidney Yang deficiency type.Methods 60 patients with nephrotic syndrome of spleen kidney yang deficiency type in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Lishui decoction.The TCM symptom score,blood lipid,renal function index and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the edema,chilly limbs,less food,lazy words,mental fatigue scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group,and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).Compared with 93.33% of the total effective rate in the observation group,73.33% in the control group was significantly lower,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the total cholesterol,triglyceride and 24-hour urinary protein of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group,while the plasma albumin level was significantly lower than that of the observation group,and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Wenyang Lishui decoction in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome of spleen kidney yang deficiency type is satisfactory,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,blood lipid and renal function indexes of patients,accelerate the recovery of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
