摘要 目的 探讨PBL媒体教学法用于提高消化内科教学质量的效果,并总结经验。方法 2019年9月-2020年2月,选取我校2019年入学的临床系学生84名为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将所有研究对象分为对照组(42名)和研究组(42名),对照组学生接受传统教学方法,研究组学生接受PBL媒体教学法。比较两组学生对基础知识的掌握情况、病例分析能力、综合能力、对教学方法和教学效果的评分,以及对教学方法的满意度。结果 研究组学生对基础知识的掌握情况、病例分析能力、综合能力、对教学方法和教学效果的评分以及对教学方法的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL媒体教学法用于消化内科的教学中,能够显著提高医学生对基础知识的掌握情况,增强其病例分析能力和综合能力,学生对该教学方法满意度较高,值得在医学院校推广使用。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL media teaching method in improving the teaching quality of gastroenterology,and summarize the experience.Methods September 2019 to February 2020,84 clinical students enrolled in our university in 2019 were selected as the research objects,and all the research objects were randomly divided into the control group (42) and the research group (42).The students in the control group received the traditional teaching method,and the students in the research group received the PBL media teaching method.The mastery of basic knowledge,case analysis ability,comprehensive ability,scores of teaching methods and teaching effects,and satisfaction with teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results The students’ mastery of basic knowledge,case analysis ability,comprehensive ability,scores of teaching methods and teaching effect,and satisfaction with teaching methods in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion PBL media teaching method used in the teaching of gastroenterology can significantly improve the mastery of basic knowledge of medical students,enhance their case analysis ability and comprehensive ability,and students have high satisfaction with the teaching method,which is worthy of promotion in medical colleges.
