摘要 利用遥感技术开展矿山开采监测,是规范区域矿山开发秩序、维护国家利益、保障生态环境的重要手段。本文以内蒙古自治区中西部重点矿区矿山开采监测为例,全面梳理建立了研究区的遥感解译标志。在此基础上,圈定研究区2021年疑似违法图斑79个。监测表明,研究区涉及疑似违法的矿种主要为煤、建筑用砂、石英岩、铁矿、制灰用灰岩和水泥用灰岩等6类;疑似违法类型以无证开采和擅自改变开采方式为主。监测结果为矿山监管提供了技术支撑,确定了重点监管方向,为整顿和规范研究区矿山开采秩序提供了基础数据。 Using remote sensing technology to carry out mining monitoring is an important means to regulate regional mining order, safeguard national interests and protect ecological environment. Taking mining monitoring of major mining areas in central and western Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example, this paper comprehensively combs and establishes remote sensing interpretation indicators in the study area. On this basis, 79 suspected illegal figure spots were identified in the study area in 2021. The monitoring shows that the suspected illegal minerals in the study area are mainly coal, sand for construction, quartzite, iron ore, limestone for ash production and limestone for cement. Unlicensed mining and change the mining method without authorization are the main types of suspected illegal mining. The monitoring results provide technical support for mine supervision, determine key supervision direction, and provide basic data for rectifying and standardizing the mining order in the study area.
