摘要
为查明电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定水样中铜和铁元素含量的可靠程度,本文选取工业园区污水处理厂的化工废水为研究对象,水样收集后采用微波消解法预处理,通过一系列实验确定了实验时铜和铁的分析谱线274.36、332.41nm、激发功率1245W为工作功率、雾化器压力25psi,最后通过加标回收试验表明,该方法测定水样中铜和铁元素具有准确好、精密度高、处理步骤简单、对环境污染小等优点,结果较为满意。
In order to find out the reliability of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry for the determination of copper and iron content in water samples,this paper selects the chemical wastewater from the sewage treatment plant in the industrial park as the research object.After the water samples are collected,the microwave digestion method is used to pretreat and pass A series of experiments determined the analytical spectra of copper and iron at 274.36、332.41nm,laser power 1245W as working power,and atomizer pressure 25psi.Finally,the recovery test showed that this method was used to determine copper and iron in water samples.It has the advantages of good accuracy,high precision,simple processing steps,and low environmental pollution,and the results are relatively satisfactory.
