热水驱稠油油田硫化氢生成机理探究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,南海A稠油油田地热水驱在低温高压的工况下产生大量的H_(2)S气体,严重影响油田的生产安全。在充分调研稠油油田开发H_(2)S生成原因的基础上,本文通过室内模拟实验探究了地热水驱低温高压条件下的H_(2)S生成机理,确定在低温高压(105℃,12MPa)工况下硫酸盐热化学还原反应(TSR)是H_(2)S产生的主要原因;另外,通过模拟实验探究了温度、压力等因素对于H_(2)S生成的影响作用规律,明确了温度为影响H_(2)S产生的主控因素。 In recent years,a large amount of hydrogen sulfide gas is produced by geothermal water flooding in a heavy oil field in South China Sea under low temperature and high pressure,which seriously affects the production safety of the oilfield.On the basis of fully investigating the causes of hydrogen sulfide formation in heavy oil field development,this paper explores the mechanism of hydrogen sulfide formation under the condition of low temperature and high pressure of geothermal water flooding through indoor simulation experiments.It is determined that sulfate thermochemical reduction reaction(TSR)is the main cause of hydrogen sulfide formation under the condition of low temperature and high pressure(105℃,12MPa);In addition,the influence of temperature,pressure and other factors on the formation of hydrogen sulfide is explored through simulation experiments,and it is clear that temperature is the main controlling factor.
