摘要 黄芪多糖作为中药黄芪最重要的成分之一,其分离纯化和结构鉴定方法受到了广泛关注。黄芪多糖的分离纯化方法包括大孔吸附树脂法、DEAE-纤维素柱纯化法、凝胶柱层析法等;其结构鉴定方法包括化学法和仪器法,单糖组成结构多为不同摩尔比的葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖等。本文主要从黄芪多糖的分离纯化和结构鉴定两方面进行阐述,为黄芪多糖活性作用的开发提供理论依据。 Astragalus Polysaccharide is one of the most important components of astragalus membranaceus.Its isolation,purification and structural identification methods have attracted extensive attention.The separation and purification methods of Astragalus Polysaccharides include macroporous adsorption resin method,DEAE cellulose column purification method,gel column chromatography and so on.The structural identification methods include chemical method and instrumental method.The monosaccharide composition structure is mostly glucose,fructose,galactose,arabinose and so on.This article mainly expounds the isolation,purification and structural identification of astragalus polysaccharides,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the activity of Astragalus Polysaccharides.
