摘要
本文重点介绍了HAT-099P型歧化催化剂在中国石油四川石化公司对二甲苯装置歧化单元的应用实例。歧化单元以甲苯和碳九芳烃为原料,设计进料比例为6∶4。根据市场需求,在歧化单元高负荷运行基础上,通过宽幅调节歧化反应进料比例,最终实现甲苯与C_(9)比例范围在5∶5~6.5∶3.5之间调节,可最大程度增产苯或二甲苯产品,大幅提升对二甲苯装置的综合效益。
The application of HAT-099P disproportionation catalyst in PX device of PetroChina of Sichuan Petrochemical Company was introduced.The disproportionation unit takes toluene and C_(9) as raw materials,with a designed feeding ratio of 6∶4.According to the market demand,based on the high load operation of the disproportionation unit,the ratio of toluene to C_(9) can be adjusted between 5∶5 and 6.5∶3.5 by adjusting the feeding ratio of disproportionation reaction with wide width,which can increase the production of benzene or xylene to the maximum extent and greatly improve the comprehensive benefit of the PX device.
