摘要 目的优选地黄饮最优超声法提取(Ultrasonic extraction)工艺。方法以地黄饮干固物及松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷和马钱苷的含量为考察指标,以乙醇为提取溶剂,以Ultrasonic extraction中的乙醇浓度、物料溶液比、提取时间、提取温度为因素,采用正交实验通过直观分析确定最优工艺。结果影响地黄饮Ultrasonic extraction因素的顺序依次为:乙醇浓度、提取温度、物料溶液比、提取时间,最佳提取工艺参数为50%乙醇溶液,物料溶液比为1∶12,提取温度为55℃,提取时间为60min。结论用正交实验方法优选的Ultrasonic extraction地黄饮的提取工艺是可行的。 OBJECTIVE The optimum procedure of Dihuang Yin extracted by ultrasonic extraction.METHODS Through direct analysis,the orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal method.The weight of dry solid materials of Dihuang Yin and the contents of echinoside,cucinoside and equinoside were used as the indexes.The extraction solvent was ethanol,the concentration of ethanol,the ratio of material to solution,the time of extraction and the temperature of extraction were the orthogonal factors in ultrasonic extraction of Dihuang Yin.RESULTS The order of the factors which affecting extraction yield of Dihuang Yin was concentration of ethanol,the ratio of material to solvent,the time of extraction and the extraction of temperature.The optimum condition in ultrasonic extraction method of Dihuang Yin was that the concertation of ethanol was 50%(v/v),the ratio of material to solvent was 1∶12;the extraction temperature was 55℃;and the extraction time was 60min.CONCLUSION With orthogonal test of ultrasonic extraction of Dihuang Yin is feasible.
