中央苏区儿童团校外活动开展及其历史启示

The Extracurricular Activities of the Children's Corps in the Central Soviet Area and Its Historical Enlightenment

土地革命时期,作为当时全国最大的红色根据地,中央苏区在艰苦卓绝的斗争环境下高度重视儿童团校外活动的组织和领导,开展了多种形式的校外活动,不仅减轻党、政府和红军的工作压力,提高苏区政治、经济、文化建设水平,而且促进儿童团员们的全面发展并发挥各自特长,培养了中央苏区革命的后备力量。当前开展小学生社会实践活动仍然存在较多问题,通过研究中央苏区儿童团校外活动的开展经验,建议采取落实政策、贯彻精神、融入劳动、强化担当和丰富形式五条措施优化当前工作。

During the Agrarian Revolution War,as the largest revolutionary base in China at that time,the Central Soviet Area attached high attention to the organization and leadership of extracurricular activities of the Children's Corps under the extremely arduous struggle environments,so it carried out extracurricular activities of many forms,which not only reduced working pressure of the CPC,the government and the Red Army,but also improved political,economic and cultural development levels of the Central Soviet Area.Besides,these activities promoted the all-round development of members of the Children's Corps and gave full play to their strengths,which helped cultivate reserve forces for the revolution in Central Soviet Area.Based on experience of Children's Corps in their carrying out extracurricular activities,this papers puts forward some suggestions in optimizing the current work,including the implementation of policies and spirits,the integration of labors,the strengthening of responsibilities and the enriching of forms.
