产业链供应链现代化水平的提升已成为推动经济体系优化升级的重点任务。在此背景下,解读产业链供应链现代化的内涵,明确中国产业链供应链的发展现状与面临挑战,进而探讨潜在的实现路径,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文认为,产业链供应链的现代化是要实现其在网络结构、运营流程和价值要素三个构成维度上的高质量发展。针对这一诉求,我国产业链供应链在全球供应链体系中面临着增值能力不足、韧性仍需强化、产业数字化竞争加剧等挑战。为此,需要以中观产业为切入口,结合宏观制度因素和微观组织因素,探索实现产业链供应链现代化的路径。

To improve the modernization of industrial and supply chains has become a critical task to optimize and upgrade Chinese economic system.In this context,it is important in both theory and practice to understand the connotation of modernizing Chinese industrial and supply chains,to ascertain the current development and challenges confronting the Chinese industrial and supply chains,and furthermore to explore a potential way to carry out the goals.This article holds that the modernization of industrial and supply chains means a high-quality development in three dimensions:network structure,operational process and elements of value.The Chinese industrial and supply chains are confronted with a number of challenges in the global supply chain system:insufficient value-added capability,insufficient resilience,and keen competition in industrial digitalization.It is necessary to combine the institutional,organizational,and mesoeconomic departmental factors in order to explore the approach to the modernization of Chinese industrial and supply chains.
