基于理实深度融合的《配送中心规划与管理》课程改革与实践研究

Research on the Curriculum Reform and Practice of Distribution Center Planning and Management Based on the Deep Integration of Theory and Practice

《配送中心规划与管理》课程是物流管理与工程类专业的核心、高阶课程,其专业性、实践性、综合性强的特点决定了该课程教与学都要达成理实深度融合的目标。文章在分析该课程的特点及当前教学存在问题的基础上,从优化课程内容、组织课堂教学、构建考核体系三个方面指出了理实深度融合的途径,并从高质量教材、高水平师资队伍、行之有效的实践教学基地角度提出了建设策略。

Distribution center planning and management is the core and high-level course of logistics management and engineering specialty.Its professional,practical and comprehensive characteristics determine that the teaching and learning of this course should achieve the goal of deep integration of theory and practice.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the course and the existing problems in the current teaching,this paper points out the ways of the in-depth integration of theory and practice from three aspects:optimizing the course content,organizing classroom teaching and constructing the assessment system,and puts forward the construction strategies from the perspective of high-quality teaching materials,high-level teachers and effective practical teaching base.
