Value Connotation,Development Bottleneck and Strategic Choice of Modern Vocational Education

社会与经济发展的转变,迫切需要职业教育由传统向现代化加快迈进。当前职业教育层次结构体系亟待完善、人才培养方案需细化审视、体制机制建设滞后于实际发展需求、高层次人才数量与质量有待加强,是职业教育迈向现代职业教育路途中的“瓶颈”。因此,发展现代职业教育需要优化职业教育层次结构体系、建立与新时代发展需求相匹配的制度、深化人才培养体系,构建多元化的发展方案、以“双高”建设为契机,打造高层次人才队伍。

With the transformation of social and economic development,there is an urgent need for vocational education to accelerate its modernization.However,there are bottlenecks on the way.The hierarchical structure system of vocational education needs to be improved;the talent training plan should be carefully examined;the system and mechanism construction are lagging behind;the quantity and quality of high-level talents need to be strengthened.Therefore,to develop modern vocational education,it is necessary to optimize the hierarchical structure system and establish a new system matching the development needs of the new era,make a development plan to diversify and deepen the talent training,and take the"Double High"Plan construction as an opportunity to build a high-level talent team.
