摘要
针对黄骅港海域疏浚土处置处理的现状以及所面临的各种问题,为避免疏浚土对海洋环境的负面影响及资源的巨大浪费,保证港口绿色、可持续发展,通过对该地区的调研和试验,分析了疏浚土资源化利用的必要性和可行性,从技术、政策、环境以及社会经济效益等方面论证了黄骅港海域疏浚土的资源化利用既有利于海洋生态环境、保证港口的正常运营,同时也有利于黄骅港区域经济的稳定、持续发展。
Aiming at the current status of disposal and treatment of dredged soil in Huanghua Port,in order to avoid the negative impact on the marine environment,waste of resources,and ensure the green and sustainable development of the port,through investigation and experiment,the necessity and feasibility of the resource utilization of dredged soil was analyzed.From the aspects of technology,policy,environment,and socio-economic benefits,it is demonstrated that the utilization of dredged soil in Huanghua Port is not only conducive to the protection of the marine ecological environment,ensuring the normal operation of the port,but also beneficial to the stability and sustainability of the area economy development.
