摘要
为了分析CRH380B型动车组镍镉电池的健康状态(SOH),基于镍镉电池的检修规程和健康状态指标,对不同修程的镍镉电池的SOH进行了测试分析。首先,根据镍镉电池的标准检修规程,设计实验方案;然后,对不同修程的镍镉电池进行容量测试和开路电压测试;最后,基于实验测试数据估计镍镉电池的SOH。实验结果表明,消除记忆效应后四、五级修的SOH可达80%以上;以欧姆内阻估算的电池SOH比实际值大8%;通过开路电压测试获取不同修程电池的SOC-OCV数据,根据拟合曲线特征参数估计镍镉电池SOH,得出误差在±0.2%。
In order to analyze the state of health(SOH)of nickel-cadmium batteries in CRH380B EMU,the SOH of nickel-cadmium batteries with different repair procedures was estimated by experimental tests based on the maintenance procedures and health status indicators of nickel-cadmium batteries.The experimental results show that the SOH of nickel-cadmium batteries can reach 80%after eliminating the memory effect;the SOH of batteries with ohmic internal resistance is 8%larger than the actual value;the SOH of nickel-cadmium batteries with different trim levels is obtained by the open circuit voltage test;the SOH of nickel-cadmium batteries with different trim levels is estimated by the open circuit voltage test;the SOH of nickel-cadmium batteries with different trim levels is estimated by the open circuit voltage test.The SOC-OCV data of batteries with different trim levels were obtained by open-circuit voltage tests,and the SOH of nickel-cadmium batteries was estimated according to the characteristic parameters of the fitted curve with an error of±0.2%.
