水下动力电池正生极板固化工艺研究

摘要 利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析技术,对采用不同的固化工艺的动力铅酸蓄电池用正生极板进行了物相和微观结构分析,并对相应的蓄电池进行了初期容量及寿命测试。试验结果发现,随着固化温度的提高,铅膏内晶体的尺寸逐渐增加,即4BS的含量逐渐增加。采用固化工艺2时板栅与铅膏结合得较好,而且1小时率放电容量最高。 In this paper,the phase and microstrue of positive unformed plate of power lead-acid battery were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffracction(XRD).The initial capacity and life of the battery were further studied.The results show that with the increase of curing temperature,the crystal size in the paste increases of curing temperature,the crystal size in the paste increases gradually,that is,the content of 4BS incrasesgradually.In the second curing process,the grid is well combined with the paste,and the discharge capacity is the highest in 1 hr.
