结直肠手术患者护理中快速康复外科护理的应用分析

Analysis of the application of fast track surgery nursing for patients undergoing colorectal surgery

目的探讨结直肠手术患者护理中采用快速康复外科护理的效果。方法80例进行结直肠手术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及满意度、并发症发生率。结果护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者SAS评分(34.45±1.01)分、SDS评分(35.21±0.45)分均低于对照组的(47.56±2.01)、(48.21±1.24)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度评分(95.27±3.35)分高于对照组的(83.56±2.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.50%低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠手术患者实施快速康复护理效果确切,可减少相关并发症的发生,减轻患者的情绪障碍,加速术后康复和提升满意度。

Objective To discuss the effect of fast track surgery nursing for patients undergoing colorectal surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing colorectal surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received fast track surgery nursing.Both groups were compared in terms of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score before and after nursing,satisfaction and complication rates.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before nursing;the SAS score(34.45±1.01)points and SDS score(35.21±0.45)points of the observation group were lower than(47.56±2.01)and(48.21±1.24)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score(95.27±3.35)points of the observation group was higher than(83.56±2.12)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 2.50%in the observation group was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast track surgery nursing has definite effect on patients undergoing colorectal surgery,which can reduce the related complications,relieve the emotional disorder of patients,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and improve satisfaction.
