摘要 在"新基建"理念的浪潮下,随着社会需求的发展,数据中心产业园等相关基础设施的建设规模不断扩大,成为国家市场发展布局的热点工程。与传统基建相比,数据产业是国家"大数据战略"和"建设数字中国"的最为重要的基石之一,设计、施工和运维阶段的方法与技术的运用始终走在行业前列。以华仓云计算南京智慧产业园为例,探索BIM技术在数据中心产业园全生命周期中的应用,总结BIM技术在设计、施工和运维三个阶段应用的优点与创新点。 Under the concept of"new infrastructure",the construction of data center industrial parks and other related infrastructures has been expanding the scale of construction with the development of social needs,and has become a hot project in the development of the national market.Compared with traditional infrastructure,data industry is one of the most important cornerstones of the country’s"big data strategy"and"building a digital China".The application of methods and technologies in the design,construction,and operation and maintenance phases has always been at the forefront of the industry.Taking Huacang Cloud Computing Nanjing Smart Industrial Park as an example,explores the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of data center industrial parks,and summarizes the advantages and innovations of BIM technology in the three stages of design,construction,and operation and maintenance.
