基于未来社区中心的乡村微更新模式探索与实践——以安吉三山村委楼组团改造为例

The Rural Micro-regeneration Model Exploration and Practice based on Future Community Center:A Case Study of Anji Sanshan Village Committee Building Group Reconstruction

"十四五"以来,后扶贫时代的乡村振兴更加突出公共设施空间建设的精准性、职能性和地方性。文章以探索未来模式下的乡村微更新模式为目标,通过文献调查法、现场调查法等方法总结了乡村社区中心的演进历程与发展现状,提出了小成本、低技术、可持续的基本策略。在该策略的引导下,指出了其在未来邻里、建筑与低碳职能下的技术应对手段,为产村人文融合发展、人居环境可持续改善提供了借鉴意义。

Since the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the rural revitalization in the the post poverty alleviation era lays more emphasis on the precision,competence and endemicity of public facilities.This paper aims to explore the rural micro-regeneration model under the future model.Through the literature method and field survey,this paper summarizes the evolution process and development status of rural community center,and puts forward the basic strategies of low cost,low technology and sustainability.Under the guidance of these strategies,this paper points out its technical countermeasures under the neighborhood,construction and low-carbon functions in the future,which provides a referance for humanities integration development and sustainable improvement of living environment.
