新时代山水文化城市总体城市设计方法探索——以吉安市为例

Overall Urban Design Method Exploration of Landscape and Cultural City in the New Era:A Case Study of Ji’an Central City

文章通过分析总结我国总体城市设计工作发展历程,总结了新时代总体城市设计景观生态化、风貌亮点化、要素融合化和空间场景化的新特点。以吉安市为例,对新时代总体城市设计的"多元要素"新内容、"多规融合"新技术方法加以实践,通过总体城市设计提升吉安市城市品质、强化城市风貌、彰显城市文化精神。规划实践的内容、技术方法对于正在广泛开展的总体城市设计工作,尤其是山水文化特色城市有一定的借鉴作用。

The paper summarizes the course of overall urban design in our country, puts forward two major value orientations of guiding urban development and supporting spatial planning, and summarizes four features. The article applies the multi-elements new content and multiregulation integration new technology into the overall urban design of Ji’an City, to improve the quality, style and features, cultural spirit of the city.Ji’an’s practice on the innovation of overall urban design’s content and technical methods have played a certain reference for the widely being carried out work, especially for landscape and cultural cities.
