摘要
文章概述了目前国内外护士核心能力指标研究现状,明确了我国中专护士核心能力水平现状及存在的问题,并从中专护士培养的院校教育、毕业后教育和继续教育3个阶段分别提出切实可行的核心能力提升策略,旨在为优秀中专护士的培养提供思路。
This paper summarized the present research status of nurses’core competencies both at home and abroad,which aimed to make clear the current situation of nursing core competencies and find out the existing problems.Meanwhile,it also put forward the promotion strategies for nursing core competencies based on these three stages of college education,post-graduation education and continuing education,so as to provide ideas for training excellent secondary vocational nurses in the future.
