基于PDCA理念的高职跨境电商人才培养质量控制体系探究

Research on the Quality Control System of Cross-border E-commerce Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the PDCA Concept

跨境电子商务自2020年起作为独立专业被纳入高职专业体系。跨境电商专业的设立会在一定程度上推动跨境电商人才的规模化发展,但目前跨境电商人才培养存在培养目标不清晰、课程体系杂糅、师资队伍建设薄弱、校企合作不够深入、质量监控体系不健全等问题。PDCA循环是企业进行质量管理的一种科学方法,它将人才培养质量的管理引入质量环,通过分析人才培养过程中遇到的问题并总结经验,可以提升人才培养质量。因此,借助“PDCA循环”理论,将跨境电商人才培养按照“计划-执行-检查-改进”的流程重构,形成闭环式人才培养质量保障运行机制,具有现实意义。

Cross-border e-commerce was included in the system of higher vocational majors as an independent major in 2020.The establishment of the cross-border e-commerce major will promote the large-scale develop ment of cross-border e-commerce talents to a certain extent.However,there are some problems in the current cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation,such as unclear training goals,mixed curriculum system,weak teacher team construction,insufficient school-enterprise cooperation,and incomplete quality control system.The PDCA cycle is a scientific method for enterprises to carry out quality management.To improve the quality of tal ent cultivation,it is necessary to introduce the management of talent cultivation quality into the quality circle,ana lyze the problems encountered in the process of talent cultivation,and summarize experience.Therefore,with the help of the PDCA cycle theory,it is of practical significance to reconstruct cross-border e-commerce talent culti vation according to the process of“planning-implementing-checking-improving”to form a closed-loop quality assurance operating mechanism for talent cultivation.
