摘要
针对红薯淀粉生产方式粗放、加工用水量大、淀粉质量低、直接排放导致资源浪费等问题,以前期大量实验研究和工程示范为基础,结合查阅国内外文献,阐述了我国红薯淀粉废水资源化利用的主要技术方法,提出了淀粉废水资源化利用的发展方向。
The extensive production of sweet potato starch,large processing water consumption,low starch quality,direct emissions lead to waste of resources.Based on a large number of experimental research and project demonstration,combined with domestic and foreign literatures,the main technology and methods of resource utilization of sweet potato starch wastewater in China were expounded,and the development direction of resource utilization of starch wastewater was put forward.
