摘要
循环流化床垃圾焚烧锅炉长周期运行,可提升发电机组运行小时数,提高垃圾焚烧电厂的经济效益。现有某循环流化床焚烧垃圾锅炉长期存在省煤器积灰严重、运行时间短等问题,基于此,从技术和经济方面,分析了该循环流化床焚烧垃圾锅炉长周期运行受热面设计优化方案的可行性和经济性,为同类型项目技改提供参考。
Extending the operation cycle of circulating fluidized bed(CFB)waste incineration boiler,can improve the running hours of generator set and the economic benefits of waste incineration power plant.Now,there are long-term existence of serious ash accumulation of economizer and short running time in a CFB waste incineration boiler.Based on this,this paper analyzes the feasibility and economy of the heating surface long-term operation design optimization scheme of the CFB from technology and economy,so as to provide reference for the technical transformation of the same type of projects.
