焚烧烟气重金属吸附剂研究现状及分析

摘要 随着焚烧技术的发展,焚烧烟气重金属控制问题逐渐成为热点话题,烟气重金属吸附的研究也成为焦点。常规活性炭吸附剂吸附效率较低,工程成本昂贵,改性活性炭对于重金属的吸附研究将成为新方向。高性能氮化硼吸附剂吸附效率较高,但在工业上还不能大规模生产,其他非碳基吸附剂发展迅速,但在实际工程中应用还不成熟。针对上述几种目前较为热门的重金属吸附剂进行了综述。 With the development of incineration technology,the control of heavy metals in incineration flue gas has gradually become a hot topic,and the study of heavy metal adsorption in flue gas has also become the focus.The adsorption efficiency of conventional activated carbon adsorbent is low and the engineering cost is high.The research on the adsorption of heavy metals by modified activated carbon will become a new direction.High-performance boron nitride adsorbents have high adsorption efficiency but cannot be mass-produced in industry.Other non-carbon adsorbents are developing rapidly,but their application in practical engineering is still immature and some problems exist.Finally,several popular heavy metal adsorbents are reviewed.
