摘要
原子荧光分光光度法是常用的测定汞元素的方法。汞是一种很容易吸附残留在容器和仪器管路上的金属元素,在汞的测定分析过程中往往会受到各种沾污的影响,从而造成最终分析结果出现偏差甚至重大错误。从试剂、仪器和器皿3个方面分析了原子荧光分光光度法测定汞元素受到沾污影响的原因,探讨了避免这些沾污因素的方法和注意事项。
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry is a common method of determination of Hg.Mercury is a kind of metal element that is easily adsorbed and left on the surface of container and instrument pipeline,so the determination of Hg is often interfered by the mercury contamination and the determination results may have deviations.This paper analyzes the reasons of contamination in determination of mercury by atomic fluorescence spectrometry from the aspects of reagents,instruments and containers,and discusses the methods and precautions to avoid the contaminations.
