柯里拉京的心脑血管保护作用及机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,心脑血管疾病的发病率和死亡率逐年上升,且发病年龄日趋年轻化。因此,寻找安全有效的药物来防治心脑血管疾病显得尤为重要。柯里拉京属天然多酚单宁酸类化合物,具有广泛的药理作用,包括抗氧化、抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化、降血压、抑制血小板聚集及降血糖等,其作用机制主要涉及增强抗氧化酶活性、清除自由基、下调环加氧酶活性、阻断核因子κB核转位、激活核转录因子红系2相关因子2/血红素加氧酶1信号通路、抑制Toll样受体4信号通路以及抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性等。未来,深入研究柯里拉京的药理作用及作用机制,可为心脑血管疾病的临床治疗提供理论依据。 In recent years,the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are increasing year by year,and the onset age is getting younger.Therefore,it is particularly important to find safe and effective drugs for the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.Corilagin,a kind of natural polyphenol tannic acid compounds,shows a wide range of pharmacological effects,including antioxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-atherosclerosis,hypotensive effect,inhibition of platelet aggregation and hypoglycemic activity.The major mechanisms of Corilagin may involve enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzymes,scavenging free radicals,down-regulating the activity of cyclooxygenase,blocking nuclear factor-κB nuclear translocation,activation of nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2/heme oxygenase-1 signaling pathway,inhibition of Toll-like receptor 4 signaling pathway and inhibiting ofα-glucosidase activity.In the future,further study on the pharmacological action and mechanism of Corilagin can provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
