摘要
肠道黏膜屏障在身体内部与外部环境的分离中起重要作用。咬合蛋白、闭合蛋白以及闭合小环蛋白是组成肠紧密连接的主要蛋白,它们在肠黏膜上皮细胞侧膜表面的顶端形成了肠道屏障功能的结构基础。肠紧密连接蛋白是肠道屏障功能的重要组成部分,在肠道相关疾病、外科手术操作、失血性休克等破坏因素下,肠紧密连接蛋白的完整性受损,从而导致肠道屏障功能受损。此外,肠紧密连接蛋白的表达可受多种因素(如细胞因子、右美托咪定、维生素D、谷氨酰胺以及其他多种物质)的调节。因此,未来应对肠紧密连接蛋白对肠道屏障功能调节作用的具体信号通路机制进行深入研究。
Intestinal mucosal barrier plays an important role in the separation of the internal and external environment of the body.Occludin,claudins and zonula occludens are the main proteins that make up the intestinal tight junction,which form the structural basis of intestinal barrier function at the top of the lateral membrane of intestinal epithelial cells.Intestinal tight junction protein is an important part of intestinal barrier function.The integrity of intestinal tight junction protein is impaired under intestinal related diseases,surgical procedures,hemorrhagic shock and other destructive factors,resulting in damage to intestinal barrier function.In addition,the expression of intestinal tight junction protein can be regulated by a variety of factors,such as cytokines,dexmedetomidine,vitamin D,glutamine and many other substances.Therefore,the specific signal pathway mechanism of intestinal tight junction protein regulating intestinal barrier function should be deeply studied in the future.
