摘要 股骨头坏死(ONFH)是骨科难治性疾病,致病因素复杂,晚期以股骨头塌陷、变形为主要特征。微RNA(miRNA)是具有调控作用的非编码单链RNA分子,通过与靶信使RNA 3′非翻译区结合,参与细胞增殖、分化等过程,在人体组织细胞内发挥特定调控作用。骨代谢作为生物体内的重要过程,与ONFH发展密切相关。miRNA参与ONFH的发展,并通过多种信号通路影响其发病机制,但目前仍有一些miRNA的作用尚未明确,未来进一步明确其作用机制可以为ONFH的治疗提供新思路。 Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is an orthopedic refractory disease with complex pathogenic factors.The late stage is characterized by collapse and deformation of the femoral head.MicroRNA(miRNA)are non-coding single-stranded RNA molecules with regulatory effect.By binding to the 3′untranslated region of the target messenger RNA,miRNA participate in the process of cell proliferation and differentiation,and play a specific regulatory role in human tissues and cells.As an important process in vivo,bone metabolism is closely related to the development of ONFH.MiRNA participates in the development of ONFH and affects its pathogenesis through a variety of signaling pathways.However,the role of some miRNA in ONFH is still unclear,and further clarification of their mechanisms in the future can provide new ideas for the treatment of ONFH.
