糖脂转运蛋白(GLTP)是一类能调节细胞内膜系统间和糖鞘脂膜间运输的可溶性蛋白。其家族成员包括磷脂酰肌醇-4-磷酸衔接蛋白2、人1-磷酸神经酰胺转移蛋白、人类糖脂转运结构域2蛋白等。GLTP家族成员通过影响糖鞘脂及其相关代谢物,介导细胞免疫应答、自噬、炎症、凋亡等生物学功能,参与炎症性疾病、胰腺癌、直肠癌、结肠癌、神经退行性疾病等的发生发展。因此,探究GLTP家族成员与疾病发生发展的关系尤为重要,可为某些鞘脂及其代谢产物导致的相关疾病的防治提供新思路。

Glycolipid transfer protein(GLTP)are a family of soluble proteins that regulate the transport of glycolipid between cells intimal systems and between glycolipid membranes.Members of the GLTP protein family include phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate adaptor protein 2,human ceramide-1-phosphate transfer protein,human glycolipid transfer protein domain containing protein 2 etc.Members of GLTP family mediate cellular immune response,autophagy,inflammation,apoptosis and other biological functions by affecting glycosphingolipids and their related metabolites,thus participate in the occurrence and development of multiple diseases such as inflammatory diseases,pancreatic cancer,rectal cancer,colon cancer,and neurodegenerative diseases.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the relationship between GLTP family and the occurrence and development of diseases,which can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of related diseases caused by some sphingolipids and their metabolites.
