胃癌外周血生物标志物研究进展

Research Progress of Peripheral Blood Biomarkers for Gastric Cancer

胃癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤,目前缺乏有效评估其治疗效果和预后的指标。外周血生物标志物标本易于获取,检测方法简单易行,其在肿瘤诊断、治疗及预后评估等方面的作用受到广泛关注。中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、血小板/淋巴细胞比值、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值、C反应蛋白以及白蛋白等外周血生物标志物与胃癌患者的总生存期、无进展生存期等关系密切,有望成为评估胃癌患者新辅助化疗疗效以及预测预后的可靠指标。未来需要探索更多有价值的外周血生物标志物,以期更好地预测胃癌的疗效及预后,从而指导临床治疗。

Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system.Currently,there are no effective indicators to assess its therapeutic effect and prognosis.Peripheral blood biomarker samples are easy to obtain,and the detection method is simple and feasible.Its role in tumor diagnosis,treatment and prognosis assessment has been widely concerned.Peripheral blood biomarkers include neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,platelet to lymphocyte ratio,lymphocyte to monocyte ratio,C-reactive protein,albumin and so on,which are closely related to the overall survival and progression-free survival in patients with gastric cancer,and are expected to be reliable indicators for evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and predicting the prognosis of the patients with gastric cancer.In the future,more and more valuable peripheral blood biomarkers should be explored to better predict the efficacy and prognosis of gastric cancer,so as to guide the clinical treatment.
