激光透射焊接异种塑料的实验研究

摘要 为了得到无吸收剂添加的聚碳酸酯(PC)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)的异种塑料焊接试样,利用热塑性塑料对1910 nm的激光具有较高的吸收率的特性,使用1910 nm的半导体激光器对上层透明PC塑料和下层白色ABS塑料进行了激光透射焊接实验研究。实验中通过改变激光功率和焊接速度来改变激光在焊件表面的热输入值。实验结果表明,激光热输入在3.3 J/mm时,PC和ABS异种塑料焊接得到的试样焊缝外观效果较好,焊缝最大的剪切力达到了7.25 MPa。证明了1910 nm半导体激光器可有效对PC和ABS异种塑料进行无吸收剂焊接。 In order to obtain the dissimilar plastic welding samples of polycarbonate(PC)and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)without absorbent,taking advantage of the character that the thermoplastic has the characteristics of high absorption rate of 1910 nm laser,the laser transmission welding experiment of transparent PC plastic and white ABS plastic was conducted by 1910 nm diode laser.In the experiment,the heat input on the welding surface was changed by adjusting the laser power and welding speed.The results show that when the laser heat input is 3.3 J/mm,PC and ABS dissimilar plastic welding sample weld appearance is desired,and the maximum shear force of the sample weld reaches 7.25 MPa.It is proved that 1910 nm diode laser can effectively weld PC and ABS dissimilar plastics without absorbent.
