摘要
以汽车扶手箱下盖板为研究对象,研究了保压压力、保压时、冷却时间、模具温度以及注塑温度五个注塑工艺因素对大型薄壁塑料件翘曲变形的影响。利用拉丁超立方抽样设计试验方案,基于Moldflow软件确定浇口位置、设置浇注系统和冷却系统,并对注射成型过程进行模拟仿真。通过对25组试验进行回归分析获得二阶回归模型,并结合遗传算法全局寻优,得到的最佳工艺参数组合为保压压力100 MPa,保压时间10 s,冷却时间12 s,模具温度60℃,注塑温度250℃。结果表明,优化后的翘曲降低为1.592 mm,成型质量有所提高。
The lower cover plate of the automobile armrest box was taken as the research object,the influence of packing pressure,packing time,cooling time,mold temperature and injection temperature on the forming warping of large thin-walled plastic parts were explored.Latin hypercube sampling was used to design the experiment plan.Besides,Moldflow software was adopted to determine the gate location,establish the pouring system and cooling system,in order to simulate the injection molding process.Based on 25 groups of experiments,the second-order equation was obtained through regression analysis.Genetic algorithm was used to optimize globally,and the best combination of process parameters was obtained as packing pressure 100 MPa,packing time 10 s,cooling time 12 s,mold temperature 60℃,injection temperature 250°C.The results show that the optimized warpage is 1.592 mm,which is effectively reduced and the molding quality is improved.
