高校教务管理信息化与智慧化建设的反思

Reflections on the Informationization and Intelligentization Construction of University Educational Administration

高校教务管理信息化与智慧化建设已经开展多年,各高校收获了大量的经验,但是,在教务管理中,信息化与智慧化技术的应用跟不上教育改革的节奏,大大削减了前期建设的成效,所以我们有必要暂停盲目运用新技术的脚步,深刻反思教务管理智慧化与信息化建设过程中存在的问题,努力探索解决问题的有效方法。文章主要从教务系统、信息标准以及管理人员几个方面对建设过程中存在的问题进行了思考,按政策扶持、部门联动、人员培训、流程简化、社会支持等几个维度提出了解决问题的部分建议,其目的在于让信息化与智慧化建设初期成果适应未来教育的大变革,尽快建成智慧的信息化教务管理模式。

The informatization and intelligentization construction of educational administration in universities has been carried out for many years,and a lot of experience has been gained.However,the application of informatization and intelligentization technology in educational administration cannot keep up with the pace of educational reform,which greatly reduces the effectiveness of the construction.Therefore,it is necessary for us to suspend the blind use of new technologies,to deeply reflect on the problems existing in the process of the construction,and to strive to explore effective methods to solve the problems.The problems in the construction process are exhibited from some aspects,including educational administration system,management personnel and information standards.Some suggestions to the problems are made for the construction process,according to several dimensions,such as policy support,departmental linkage,process simplification,and social support.The purpose of the article is to make the initial results of informatization and intelligentization construction adapt to the big changes in education in the future and build a smart information-based educational administration model as soon as possible.
