在疾病诊疗领域,介入放射学得到了日渐广泛的应用。特别是在临床疾病诊疗中,介入放射学作为微创诊疗技术得到了广泛应用。介入放射学作为临床学科,以多学科知识交叉为基础,其临床实践性较强。医学领域和行业对介入放射学人才需求日益增多。对此,医学院校有必要在教学改革的基础上,依托自身的教学资源状况,并立足于实践,采取有效途径对介入放射学后备力量进行有效培养。本文简述了介入放射学专业研究生生源现状以及培养问题,浅析了介入放射学教学改革现状,探究了介入放射学后备力量培养的有效途径,以期为介入放射学后备力量的培养提供借鉴。

In the field of disease diagnosis and treatment,interventional radiology has been widely used.Especially in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases,interventional radiology has been widely used as a minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment technology.Interventional radiology,as a clinical subject,is based on the cross-disciplinary knowledge,and its clinical practice is strong.The medical field and industry have an increasing demand for interventional radiology talents.In this regard,it is necessary for medical colleges and universities to take effective measures to effectively train the interventional radiology reserve force based on the teaching reform,relying on their own teaching resources,and based on practice.This article briefly describes the status quo and training issues of interventional radiology graduate students,analyzes the current situation of interventional radiology teaching reform,and explores the effective ways of interventional radiology reserve force training,hoping to provide reference for the training of interventional radiology reserve force.
