摘要
目的探讨以校医院为依托的实践教学模式在合理用药通识课的应用效果。方法将2019年选修课程学生分为传统教学班和实践教学班,传统教学班采用传统课堂内理论教学,实践教学班采用课堂内理论与课外实践教学有机结合,学生在校医院辅助参与医疗及药事服务工作,制作健康传播材料并开展健康教育活动。结果实践教学班级平均成绩(82.56±8.45)分,优秀率23.60%,传统教学班级平均成绩(80.79±6.14)分,优秀率仅为5.56%,两个班级优秀率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践教学班课程评价指标均较高,其中学生自我的主导地位及与周边同学关系情况两个指标显著高于传统教学班(P<0.05)。结论以校医院为依托的实践教学一方面可有效提升课程的教学效果和教学满意度,对提高大学生学习主动性、团队意识、合理用药应用能力及健康教育能力具有重要作用;另一方面对于高校健康类通识课程开展实践教学具有明确的借鉴意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of the practical teaching mode in the course of rational drug use based on the campus hospital.Methods The students of the elective course in 2019 were divided into traditional teaching class and practice teaching class.The traditional teaching class adopted the traditional classroom theory teaching,and the practice teaching class adopted the organic combination of classroom theory and extracurricular practice teaching.The students were assisted to participate in the medical and pharmaceutical services in the school hospital,produced health communication materials and carried out health education activities.Results The average score of practice teaching class was(82.56±8.45)points,the excellent rate was 23.60%.The average score of traditional teaching class was(80.79±6.14)points,and the excellent rate was only 5.56%.The difference of excellent rate between the two classes was statistically significant(P<0.05);The courses evaluation indexes in practice teaching class were higher,and the two indexes of students'self dominant position and relationship with surrounding students were significantly higher than those of traditional teaching class(P<0.05).Conclusion On the one hand,the practice teaching based on the university hospital can effectively improve the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the course,which plays an important role in improving the learning initiative,team awareness,rational drug use ability and health education ability of college students;on the other hand,it has a clear reference significance for the practice teaching of general health courses in the universities.
