试验操作结合科研实践在口腔生物学的教学探索 被引量:1

Exploration of Experimental Operation Combined With Scientific Research Practice in Oral Biology Teaching

摘要 目的分析并明确试验操作结合科研实践的教学模式在口腔生物学课程中的教学效果。方法将蚌埠医学院2019级63名口腔本科生平均随机分为LBL组和EI组,通过课程考试和问卷调查的方式,对两组的教学效果进行评价。并采用χ^(2)检验对课程考试和问卷调查进行统计统计分析;并且对问卷调查中各指标统计结果≥3组使用单因素方差分析,两两比较使用Bonferroni,各指标仅两组时采用独立样本t检验。结果课程考试结果显示EI组成绩高于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。调查问卷结果结果显示,LBL组与EI组比较,学生对教学模式的喜好(P<0.001)、学生课堂上的专注程度(P<0.001)、对该课程的学习兴趣(P<0.001)、提高自主学习能力(P=0.001),对基础知识的掌握程度(P=0.019)和科研思维能力的提高(P<0.001),其差异有统计学意义;调查问卷各项结果与成绩的相关性显示各项指标结果好的学生其成绩也高(P<0.05)。结论口腔生物学的试验操作与科研实践相有机结合模式,能提高学生对口腔生物学的感性认识,增强理论知识的掌握,提高学生实践操作能力,提高知识的掌握程度和科研思维能力,值得推广。 Objective To analyze and clarify the application value of the teaching mode of experimental operation combined with scientific research practice in oral biology course.Methods The 63 dentistry majors from the stomatology of Bengbu Medical College were selected as the research objects who were divided into two groups LBL and EI.The two groups were evaluated by means of curriculum examination and questionnaire.Statistical analysis was performed by chi-square test for curriculum examination and questionnaire.And in the questionnaire≥3 groups were performed by one-way analysis of variance,pairwise comparison were performed by Bonferroni,and Independent sample t test was used when each index was only two groups.Results The results of the course examination showed higher scores in the EI group than in the LBL group(P=0.036).The results of the questionnaire also showed that a high degree of satisfaction with each index in the EI group.There were significant differences between LBL group and EI group for Students'preference for teaching mode(P<0.001),concentration of students in class(P<0.001),interest in the course(P<0.001),improving self-learning ability(P=0.001),mastery of basic knowledge(P=0.019)and improvement of scientific research thinking ability(P<0.001).And students with good results in various indicators of the questionnaire also had high scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The organic combination of theoretical learning and scientific research practice of oral biology can improve students'perceptual understanding of oral biology,enhance the mastery of theoretical knowledge,improve students'practical operation ability,improve the mastery of knowledge and scientific research thinking ability,which is worthy of promotion.
