兼职班主任参与构建KAP人才培养模式的探索

随着我国高等医学教育的不断发展,在教育管理理念和人才培养模式改革等领域取得了显著成效。中西医结合临床医学专业本科教育作为我国高等医学教育体系中不可缺少的一部分,但在该学科的自身认识、教育教学和人才培养等方面仍存在诸多问题。为培养满足社会发展需要的中西医结合临床人才,我校开展“专业教师+兼职班主任”的二维学生管理模式,让一线教师去做医学生的直接管理者、组织者和教育者,旨在逐步构建完善的KAP人才培养模式,有助于“知识传授·能力培养·人格塑造”三位一体的应用型人才培养。通过自身担任高等院校兼职班主任工作的实践经验,分析当前中西医结合临床医学专业人才培养现状及存在的问题、探讨专业教师担任兼职班主任的角色定位和工作实质,探索专业教师兼职班主任参与构建中西医结合临床医学专业KAP人才培养模式新方法。

With the continuous development of my country's higher medical education,remarkable results have been achieved in the fields of educational management concepts and personnel training model reforms.As an indispensable part of my country's higher medical education system,the undergraduate education of clinical medicine with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,but there are still many problems in the subject's self-understanding,education and teaching,and talent training.In order to cultivate clinical talents with integrated Chinese and Western medicine to meet the needs of social development,our school has launched a two-dimensional student management model of"professional teachers+part-time class teachers",allowing front-line teachers to be direct managers,organizers and educators of medical students.The gradual construction of a comprehensive KAP talent training model is conducive to the training of applied talents in the trinity of"knowledge transfer,ability training,and personality shaping".Through my own practical experience as a part-time head teacher in colleges and universities,analyze the current status and problems of the current training of integrated Chinese and Western medicine clinical medicine professionals,explore the role positioning and work essence of professional teachers as part-time head teachers,and explore the participation of professional teachers as part-time head teachers in the construction A new method for training KAP talents in integrated Western medicine clinical medicine.
