温针灸推拿辅以中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效研究

Study on the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine on knee osteoarthritis

目的观察温针灸推拿辅以中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法100例膝骨性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为综合治疗组及对照组,每组50例。综合治疗组采取温针灸推拿辅以中药治疗,对照组采取常规西药治疗。比较两组治疗前后的膝关节疼痛评分、炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)]、生活质量评分,治疗效果。结果治疗1周后,综合治疗组患者的膝关节疼痛评分(2.01±0.12)分、TNF-α(1.52±0.24)ng/ml、hs-CRP(7.45±1.02)mg/L、IL-6(61.52±2.16)pg/ml均低于对照组的(3.56±0.45)分、(2.42±0.28)ng/ml、(9.18±1.56)mg/L、(121.25±2.11)pg/ml,生活质量评分(92.19±3.35)分高于对照组的(85.21±2.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合治疗组患者的总有效率94.00%高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膝骨性关节炎患者实行温针灸推拿辅以中药治疗的临床效果确切,可缓解症状及膝关节的疼痛程度,改善患者的生活质量,值得推广和应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into comprehensive treatment group and control group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The comprehensive treatment group was treated with warm needle moxibustion and massage supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Both groups were compared in terms of knee joint pain scores,inflammation indexes[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)],quality of life scores before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect.Results After 1 week of treatment,the knee pain scores(2.01±0.12)points,TNF-α(1.52±0.24)ng/ml,hs-CRP(7.45±1.02)mg/L,IL-6(61.52±2.16)pg/ml of the comprehensive treatment group were lower than(3.56±0.45)points,(2.42±0.28)ng/ml,(9.18±1.56)mg/L,(121.25±2.11)pg/ml of the control group,and the quality of life score(92.19±3.35)points was higher than(85.21±2.12)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 94.00% of the comprehensive treatment group was higher than 72.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine has definite clinical effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis is, which can relieve symptoms and pain degree of knee joint, improve patients' quality of life, and is worthy of popularization and application.
