不同无损伤针穿刺方法对降低输液港港座内残余血液发生率的比较

Comparison of different non-injurious needle puncture methods to reduce the incidence of residual blood in the infusion port

目的探讨输液港无损伤针的有效穿刺手法,以降低输液港港座内的残余血量。方法对90例行植入式输液港无损伤针穿刺的患者按随机数字表法分为2组,试验组采用改良的穿刺手法(垂直穿刺时,无损伤针斜面与输液港进管输液方向相反,简称手法1),对照组采用常规穿刺手法(垂直穿刺时无损伤针斜面不与输液港进管输液方向相反,简称手法2),比较2组输液港港座内残余血液的发生例数。结果试验组输液港座残余血液的发生率(2.2%)低于对照组(17.8%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人员应掌握并运用改良的穿刺手法,以有效减少输液港港座内的残余血液。

Objective To investigate the effective puncture maneuver for an infusion port injury-free needle to reduce the amount of residual blood in the infusion port hub.Methods Ninety patients who underwent implantable infusion port injury-free needle puncture were randomly assigned to two groups.In the experimental group,a modified puncture technique(vertical puncture with the injury-free needle not beveled in the opposite direction of the infusion direction in the infusion port,referred to as technique 1)was used.In the control group,a conventional puncture technique(vertical puncture with the injury-free needle beveled in the opposite direction of the infusion direction in the infusion port,referred to as technique 2)was used.The number of patients with residual blood in the infusion port hub was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of residual blood in the infusion port hub was lower in the experimental group(2.2%)than in the control group(17.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff should master and use the new puncture technique to effectively reduce the residual blood in the infusion port hub.
