介入术后肿瘤患者睡眠质量与焦虑抑郁情绪的关系分析

Analysis of the Relationship between Sleep Quality and Anxiety and Depression in Cancer Patients after Interventional Surgery

目的:探讨介入术后肿瘤患者睡眠质量与焦虑抑郁情绪的关系分析,为减轻介入术后患者痛苦提供相关理论证据。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月谷城县人民医院收治的确诊肿瘤并进行介入手术治疗的患者98例作为研究对象,对患者进行睡眠质量信息调查、抑郁和焦虑的评价信息调查。结果:共收回有效调查问卷78份,占总调查的80%,78例有效问卷调查患者中有睡眠障碍且睡眠质量评分未达到正常值35例(45%);12例患者存在轻度焦虑情绪(16%),10名患者存在重度焦虑情绪(14%);12例患者存在轻度抑郁情绪(16%),23名患者存在重度抑郁情绪(30%);经Logistic回归分析,患者抑郁焦虑情绪、24 h数字评价量表(NRS)评分是肿瘤患者介入术后睡眠质量的独立影响因素。结论:术后由于疼痛及对病情的恐惧等因素而产生焦虑和抑郁情绪会影响介入手术干预治疗的肿瘤患者的睡眠质量,临床需采取相应的干预措施。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between sleep quality and anxiety and depression in cancer patients after interventional surgery,and to provide relevant theoretical evidence for reducing the pain of patients after interventional surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients with diagnosed tumors and undergoing interventional surgery who were admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital From February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were investigated for sleep quality information,depression and anxiety evaluation information.Results:A total of 78 valid questionnaires were retrieved,accounting for 80%of the total survey.Among 78 valid questionnaires,35 patients had sleep disorders and their sleep quality scores did not reach the normal value(45%);12 patients had mild anxiety(16%),10 patients had severe anxiety(14%);12 patients had mild depression(16%),23 patients had severe depression(30%);after Logistic regression analysis,patients were depressed and anxious.Emotion and 24-hour Numerical Evaluation Scale(NRS)scores are independent factors influencing the sleep quality of cancer patients after interventional surgery.Conclusion:Postoperative anxiety and depression caused by factors such as pain and fear of the disease will affect the sleep quality of cancer patients treated by interventional surgery,and clinical interventions need to be taken.
