产后出血治疗中给予欣母沛治疗的临床疗效及睡眠质量研究

Study on the Clinical Effect and Sleep Quality of Xinmupei in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:研究产后出血治疗中给予欣母沛治疗的临床疗效及睡眠质量。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年3月谷城县人民医院收治的产后出血产妇800例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组400例。对照组应用缩宫素治疗,观察组应用欣母沛治疗,比较2组产妇出血情况、不良反应及对睡眠质量的影响。结果:观察组产后2 h、12 h、24 h的出血量少于对照组,睡眠质量评分高于对照组,睡眠质量无问题产妇多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:欣母沛在抑制出血方面效果显著,适用于产后出血,与缩宫素联用效果更佳且不良反应无明显增加。同时还能够保障产妇睡眠质量,应用价值高。

Objective:To study the clinical effect and sleep quality of Xinmupei in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 800 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 400 cases.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Simabate.The bleeding,adverse reactions and effects on sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The bleeding volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group in 2 hours,12 hours,24 hours postnatal,the sleep quality score was higher than that of the control group,and the number of patients with no sleep quality problems was more than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xinmupei has a significant effect in inhibiting bleeding,and it is suitable for postpartum bleeding.The combination of Xinmupei and oxytocin has a better effect and no significant increase in adverse reactions.At the same time,Xinmupei can guarantee the sleep quality of patients and has a high application value.
