栀子豉汤合酸枣仁汤治疗失眠的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Insomnia with Zhiren Decoction

目的:观察分析栀子豉汤合酸枣仁汤治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年7月东营市河口区新户中心卫生院收治的失眠患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组患者给予栀子豉汤合酸枣仁汤治疗,对照组患者给予劳拉西泮片治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.24%,对照组总有效率为80.95%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组与对照组SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周和4周后,2组患者SAS评分均逐步下降,观察组比对照组SAS评分下降更明显,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:栀子豉汤合酸枣仁汤治疗失眠的临床疗效更好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of zhizichi Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients in Xinhu Central Health Hospital were randomly divided into Observation group and Control group.42 cases in the traditional Observation group were treated with zhizichi Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction,and 42 cases in the control group were treated with lorazepam tablets.The clinical efficacy,anxiety score and incidence of adverse reactions between the Observation group and the control group were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.24%in the observation group and 80.95%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAS score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the SAS score of the two groups decreased gradually,and the SAS score of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhizichi decoction combined with Suanzaoren Decoction is more effective in the treatment of insomnia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
