盐酸多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效及对睡眠质量影响

Clinical Efficacy of Donepezil Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Senile Dementia and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:研究盐酸多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病患者的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月联勤保障部队第九〇七医院收治的阿尔茨海默病患者380例作为研究对象,按照双盲随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组190例。对照组实施西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸多奈哌齐,观察比较2组患者的简易智力检查量表(MMSE)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)和临床痴呆分级量表(CDR)评分。结果:1)2组患者的MMSE、ADL和CDR评分比较,观察组阿尔茨海默病患者的CDR评分更低,MMSE、ADL评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2)治疗后,观察组患者PSQI评分比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸多奈哌齐治疗对于改善阿尔茨海默病状态,提高患者的睡眠质量有重要的意义,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 380 patients with Alzheimer′s disease admitted to Joint Logistics Support Force 907 Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(190 cases)and observation group(190 cases,treated with donepezil hydrochloride on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment)according to double-blind random method.The MMSE,PSQI,ADL and CDR scores of patients were compared.Results:1)The MMSE,ADL and CDR scores of 380 patients with senile dementia:compared with the control group,the CDR score of the observation group was lower,and the MMSE and ADL scores were higher(P<0.05).2)Comparison of sleep quality of 380 patients with Alzheimer′s disease before and after medication:compared with the control group,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Donepezil hydrochloride is of great significance in improving dementia and sleep quality.
