曼陀罗绘画疗法联合鼠神经生长因子治疗自闭症患儿的临床效果及对其睡眠质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Datura Painting Therapy Combined with Injection of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of Children with Autism and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:探究应用曼陀罗绘画疗法联合注射用鼠神经生长因子对自闭症患儿进行治疗的临床疗效及对其睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年12月谷城县人民医院收治的自闭症患儿120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组采取注射用鼠神经生长因子进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合曼陀罗绘画疗法。比较2组患者临床治疗效果及睡眠质量。结果:治疗前,2组患儿的孤独症家长评定心理量表(ABC)、克氏孤独症行为量表(CARS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿ABC评分和CARS评分均明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗前,2组患儿自伤行为、刻板行为等孤独发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿孤独行为发生率更低,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿睡眠问题较对照组更轻微,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取曼陀罗绘画疗法联合注射鼠神经生长因子对自闭症患儿进行治疗的临床疗效较为理想,能有效减少患儿攻击及自伤行为,改善其临床症状和睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and sleep quality of Datura painting therapy combined with injection of mouse nerve growth factor in children with autism.Methods:A total of 120 children with autism treated in Gucheng County People′s Hospital from May 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with injection of mouse nerve growth factor,and the observation group was combined with Datura painting therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of Autism Behavior Scale(ABC)and K′s Autism Behavior Scale(cars)before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of ABC and cars in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the occurrence of self injurious behavior and stereotyped behavior between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of abnormal behavior in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the sleep problems of children in the observation group were more mild than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Datura painting therapy combined with injection of mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of children with autism is ideal,which can effectively reduce children′s aggression and self injury behavior,and improve their clinical symptoms and sleep quality.
